Transfer files from a VM to your local computer
To transfer files from a VM to your local computer you will need to first copy the files from their current location to a temporary directory on the VM called Storage. This directory is located on the root of the C drive.
Once you have completed copying the files they can be downloaded as follows:
From the Top Navigation menu choose Controls > Share files to open the share files window.
Download the files using the download icon.
Transferring files from your local computer to a VM
All VMs have outbound internet access enabled by default. This allows easy downloading of files located on a cloud drive or similar.
If you wish to transfer files located on your local computer to a VM you can simply drag the files onto the desktop of the VM in the workspace. This will initiate an upload to a temporary directory on the VM called Storage.
