Managing email templates

The Heropa platform comes with a set of configurable email templates for Admins and Users. These are administered in Administration / Email templates.

For each email template, you can:

• Customize the title, body copy and variables for each email template, in the HTML tab; 
• Select Test, to send a test email; 
• Select Reset, to return the email template to its original version.  

The Email header image is managed in Administration / Settings / Branding.

To disable the sending of the email, set the Disabled toggle to ON.

For Admin emails, configuring recipients is handled in the Recipients tab, and managed via Groups. First create a group of Admin users, and then select this group in the Recipients tab. See: Using groups.
