Attending an event

All events have a pre-defined duration, after which they expire. The time remaining before expiry will appear in the top navigation.

Communicating with instructors

Some events will include a comms panel in the workspace. When available, you may be able to do things like: 

• View and listen to the instructor presenting  
• Request assistance
• Participate in chat with instructors and other participants

Tracking progress

Some events will include a content panel in the workspace. When available, this content will contain step-by-step exercises to assist with completing the course. 

Each section can be marked as completed, allowing you to track your progress through content during the event. 

Content progress overall, and by section, is shown against the course in My Labs, by selecting Details. 

Returning to an event 

In the left hand sidebar of Heropa, My Labs contains all active enrollments, including events where you are a participant.

To resume the event, locate it and select Resume. This will take you to the Heropa workspace.
