The following reports are available:
Some tips on using reports:
- Select a time period to generate the report for that specific period
- Customize how you use reports by modifying which columns are visible in the report, or using filters to only show report data for certain attributes.
- Export any report in csv format
- Use role permissions to manage access to Reports. See: Using roles and permissions.
Courses Report
The Courses Report monitors course activity during the selected report period.
All courses
For each course that existed during the report period, you'll find the following information:

| Live Enrollments | A count of live enrollments in the course in the report period. |
| New Enrollments | A subset of Live Enrollments will be new enrollments in the course in the report period, ie new environments created for users enrolled in the course during the report period, regardless of the environment status (including destroyed environments). |
| Active Users | A count of users enrolled in the course who were active in the course workspace in the report period. |
| Total Active Time |
A sum of active time in the workspace for all users enrolled in the course during the report period. |
| Usage (VLU Hours) |
A sum of usage in VLU Hours for all environments of all users enrolled in the course during the report period. |
| Usage (Storage GB) |
A sum of usage in Storage GB for all environments of all users enrolled in the course during the report period. |
Course drilldown
Select a course name to view a detailed breakdown for a single course. This will contain a list of information relating to the enrollments in the course for the selected report period.
For each user enrolled in the course during the period, you'll see information about them and their company, as well as:

The active time the enrolled user spent in the course’s workspace in the report period. |

| Content progress |
The content progress % the user was at by the end of the report period. |
| Completion date | If applicable, the date recorded when the user was 100% through the content. |
| Usage (VLU Hours) |
Usage in VLU Hours relating to the enrollment in the report period. |
| Usage (Storage GB) |
Usage in Storage GB relating to the enrollment in the report period. |
Companies Report
The Companies Report monitors company activity during the selected report period.
All companies
For each company that existed during the report period, you'll find the following information:

Company drilldown

Usage Report
Reports to monitor resource consumption can be generated here. These indicate resource consumption in either VLU Hours, or Storage GB, for the selected report period.
Use the 'Grouped by' field to view usage by Environment, User (Owner), Course, Company, Event, or Region. When viewing usage grouped by Environment, it's also possible to drill down to view usage for a single environment.
If custom usage types have been configured, reports for these can also be produced here.
