Completing your account set up

If you receive an email invitation to use Heropa, you need to activate your account before you can access your virtual labs.

In the email, select Complete Activation.

This will open a Heropa page in which you can complete your account set up.

On the Complete Activation page:

Create a username and password. If a username has already been set up for you, only create a password.
Select Save Details & Log In.

Managing Security settings

These are managed within a user's profile. To access these, select Profile, then select the Security tab.

From this tab, you can:

Reset your password
Set up two-factor authentication. Add your mobile number to receive one time codes by SMS when logging in to Heropa.
