If you receive an email invitation to use Heropa, you need to activate your account before you can access your virtual labs.
In the email, select Complete Activation.
This will open a Heropa page in which you can complete your account set up.
On the Complete Activation page:
- Create a username and password. If a username has already been set up for you, only create a password.
- Select Save Details & Log In.
Managing Security settings
These are managed within a user's profile. To access these, select Profile, then select the Security tab.
From this tab, you can:
- Reset your password
- Set up two-factor authentication. Add your mobile number to receive one time codes by SMS when logging in to Heropa.
